Importance of passion in business is what will decide if you are successful or not. It is not the how of what you are doing it is your why, your desire, your passion as to why you are in your business.
Your passion for the business comes from your reasons for doing the business.
You have found a network marketing company. You have been using the products for a while and have been approached about joining the business opportunity. You want to make some additional money to take your family on vacation to Disneyland.
You’re told it is away to make the additional income for your family needs. You join the business and you see others around you making the kind of money you expected to make when you joined, yet you are going nowhere.
What’s your passion for the business? It’s all about the importance of passion in business.
Do you want it bad enough to put the effort into doing the things you must do to get what you want?Just because you want to make extra money is not reason enough. You must have something that is driving you to do it.
Look at those around you in your network marketing company who are successful. Their all different kinds of people. Some people have two masters degrees, others have never finished high school. All kinds of different family structures, married with kids, single, divorced, you name it, you will find a top MLM leader who is one. Than with such diverse backgrounds, what is the one thing all the top people in your network marketing company have in common?
It is their WHY! Everyone of them have a real desire, a real passion that is driving them. Most of them wanted to get away from their 9 to 5 rut. Others wanted to be able to work from home and be home with their children. Others wanted a lifestyle with residual income that would allow them to travel the world. Each had a real strong desire, a personal reason, a “WHY” that made them put in the hours and the hard work to get to the position where they are today in your network marketing company.
The importance of passion in business is that it will be what drives you to excel, to become better everyday, to become a successful person who is making money in your network marketing business.
First you must know your “WHY.” I can’t give you the reasons why you want to work at your business. Only you can do that. If you want to make $500.00 a month, than write it down. If you want to make enough extra money to take your wife for a date night out, write it down. If you want to have the income to stay at home with your kids, write it down.
What I want you to do is to make a list of 20 things that you want. The 20 reasons why you want to do your network marketing business. A list of 20 reasons why you want to do all the hard work and put in the time to be successful. The 20 reasons why you will do what ever it takes to be a success. To be a top earner in your company.
When you write your 20 reasons write them in the first person as though it has already happened. I am so grateful that I took my family to Disneyland. I am so happy that I was able to hire a baby sitter and take my wife out to dinner and a movie.
Next I want you to take the top 3 reasons from this list of 20 whys and put it on your bathroom mirror. They will be the first thing you see in the morning, last thing you see at night. Put it in your purse or wallet. Put it on the sun visor of your car. Share them with other positive people who support your journey. Encourage them to do the same.
You must know your “WHY.” Their is no magic pixie dust. If you don’t know your why, your top 3 reasons for doing what you are doing than you might as well stop what you are doing right now and go out and buy some lottery tickets.
Getting this concept from your head to your heart will be what makes the difference in your earnings. Setting the mental stage that you need to become better and better everyday. To become all that you can be. To become a top earner. To have the passion you need to become one of the best in your network marketing company.
